Terms of service

Request and confirmation

Submitting sends PetPrint a request to review. It becomes an accepted commercial order only after PetPrint confirms the applicable product details, quantity, amount, payment instructions and expected schedule, then verifies payment.

Current offer and payment

Current product, pricing, payment and timing information appears on the PetPrint website and is confirmed directly for each request before payment. If website information and the direct confirmation differ, the details you explicitly accept before payment apply.

Proof and revision

You receive a private multi-angle digital render for review before physical production. Any included revision allowance is stated with the current offer and confirmed for your request. A proof is not the downloadable 3D model and is not a guarantee of an identical physical print.

Cancellation and refunds

Each figurine is custom-made. Once payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled and payments are not refundable for change of mind, limitations disclosed before payment, details approved in the digital proof, or minor variations inherent in 3D printing. If PetPrint cannot fulfil an accepted order, or the delivered item materially fails to conform to the agreed order, contact PetPrint promptly with relevant details and photographs. PetPrint will assess the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Physical product and variation

The current product description and your direct confirmation state the applicable dimensions and material. Minor dimensional, surface, and colour variations inherent in 3D printing are not material non-conformity when the figurine otherwise matches the agreed order and approved proof.
