Photo tips
Clear photos produce better results
Do
- Use a well-lit, in-focus front or near-front full-body photo.
- Add left, back and right photos of the same pet if you have them.
- Keep ears, feet, body and tail in the frame.
Avoid
- Filters, screenshots, blur, tiny subjects and clipped features.
- Photos where furniture, blankets or other pets hide the body.
Extra angles help us see shape and markings. For parts we cannot see, we’ll make our best informed interpretation.

A few things you might be wondering
What kind of pets can you make?
We can do most household pets! Just send us suitable photos of your beloved pet in the request form and we will reach out to you.
How many photos should I send?
One clear front photo is required. Left, back and right views help us capture your pet’s unique features more accurately. Details not shown in your photos will be inferred.
How close will it look to my pet?
We aim for a recognisable shape, colours and markings. The 3D model is an artistic interpretation based on your photos, so fine details and unseen areas may be simplified or inferred. The printed figurine may differ slightly from the approved digital proof because small details, colours and surfaces are affected by physical 3D-printing limitations.
Can I choose the pose?
Your front photo guides the pose, so choose one that feels especially like your pet.
Where do you deliver to?
PetPrint currently serves Singapore only. We hope to support international orders in the future.
How do proofs and revisions work?
We’ll email you a private multi-angle proof for approval before printing. Your order includes one free revision if needed.
What size and material is it?
Approximately 7 cm × 4 cm, made in PLA. Small surface, colour and dimensional differences are a natural part of 3D printing.
