Privacy notice

PetPrint collects your name, contact details, pet details, coat tier, quantity, fulfilment choice, a delivery address only when delivery is selected, notes, source attribution, and up to four labelled pet photos to review, communicate about, create, fulfil, and support a request.

Use and processing

Your photos remain yours. PetPrint uses your details and photos only for those operational purposes. Contracted services may store and process the information for PetPrint for the same purposes.

What we do not do

We do not use customer content for model training, experiments, advertising analytics, marketing, or a public portfolio without separate recorded permission for specific content.

Retention and your requests

PetPrint retains personal data only while needed for the request or another legitimate legal or business purpose, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Email petprintsg@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion.

Security

Photos and delivery addresses are stored privately and are not exposed through permanent public URLs. Automated request acknowledgements do not attach customer photos. No payment credentials, NRIC, or birth date are collected by this site.
